        1. General Provisions

        1.1. This agreement is a public offer (hereinafter – the Agreement) in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and is an official proposal of the sole proprietor Vitalii Heisun, duly registered (hereinafter – the Seller), to conclude a distance sales contract.
        1.2. Acceptance of this offer occurs at the moment the Buyer places an order on the website jeisoni.com and is confirmed by the fact of payment.
        1.3. The Agreement is deemed concluded without signing a written copy.

        1. Subject of the Agreement

        2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods (clothing) presented on the website jeisoni.com to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this Agreement.

        1. Ordering Procedure

        3.1. The order is placed by the Buyer independently on the website jeisoni.com.
        3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide accurate delivery information.
        3.3. If the ordered product is unavailable, the Seller shall inform the Buyer and may offer a replacement or a refund.

        1. Price and Payment Terms

        4.1. Prices for goods are indicated on the website jeisoni.com in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).
        4.2. Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

        non-cash payment to the Seller’s bank account;

        other methods available on the website (online payment, cash on delivery – if applicable).
        4.3. The final order price includes the cost of the goods and excludes the cost of delivery.

        1. Delivery and Transfer of Goods

        5.1. Delivery is carried out by carriers (“Nova Poshta” or other services).
        5.2. The cost and delivery times are determined by the carrier.
        5.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of receipt.

        1. Return and Exchange of Goods

        6.1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods have not been used, their marketable condition, tags, labels, and consumer properties are preserved (in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”).
        6.2. The Buyer bears the costs of delivery when returning/exchanging goods of proper quality.
        6.3. In case of manufacturing defects or incorrect order fulfillment, all return costs are borne by the Seller.

        1. Liability of the Parties

        7.1. The Seller is responsible for the accuracy of information about the goods.
        7.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.
        7.3. In case of non-performance of obligations, the Parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

        1. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection

        8.1. By providing data when placing an order, the Buyer consents to their processing and use in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
        8.2. Personal data is used exclusively to fulfill the terms of this Agreement.

        1. Other Terms

        9.1. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the website.
        9.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached – in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
